Because your order is part of a bulk group, we’ll begin production after the ordering deadline Please allow for 2–3 weeks for your order to be ready after this date. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.
For inquiries concerning split orders or shipments to multiple locations, kindly reach out to hello@gogearup.ca. Please be aware that packaging and shipping costs for split orders will be billed separately.
All items ordered online are produced on a made-to-order basis. To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please contact hello@gogearup.ca by 3 pm EST on the following business day after your order is placed. After this time, orders will be in production and cancellations/reductions in quantity will not be possible. Should you need to increase your order after this time, please contact hello@gogearup.ca to determine if the request can be accommodated. For any concerns regarding order quantities or quality, please contact hello@gogearup.ca.
